Refunds and exchanges are given within 30 days of original purchase. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO POOR HANDLING OF THE JEWELRY WHICH CAUSES IT TO BREAK. Any breakage in jewelery findings (i.e. clasps, jump rings, cord) will be repaired and sent back to you at no cost.
